Our unique ability to print and thermoform plastic was developed in the early 1990’s to address the beginning of bicycle helmet manufacturing in the US. Today, we have become masters of the process that we now describe as THERMOGRAPHICS.

After bicycle helmet manufacturing was exiled to China, we applied our technology to construction hardhat head protection.

Since 2001, we have proudly designed and produced graphics on common hardhats. Today, these hardhats are collector’s items and are shipped all over the Americas. We have also developed our HYPERVIZ helmet; this helmet is the most visible day and night helmet in today’s industry.
